The Amelia Island Chamber Music Festival is delighted to open its milestone 25th Anniversary Season with an unforgettable two-day celebration in partnership with The Ritz-Carlton, Amelia Island. This collaboration, Sounds of the Season, begins with an extraordinary Commemorative Dinner on Tuesday, December 16, 2025, at the Ritz’s award-winning fine dining restaurant, Salt.
This exclusive evening offers guests the rare opportunity to meet the Grammy and Emmy-winning ensemble Time for Three—Nicolas “Nick” Kendall (violin, vocals), Charles Yang (violin, vocals), and Ranaan Meyer (double bass, vocals)—in an intimate, relaxed setting before their highly anticipated December 17 performance that officially opens our 25th Anniversary Season.
The evening begins at 6:00 p.m. with a with a wine and champagne toast, paired with elegant passed hors d’oeuvres, included in the ticket price. Guests will then savor a three-course prix-fixe menu at 7:00 p.m., featuring Lobster Salad, Steak, and Dessert artfully prepared with Salt’s signature touch: simple, seasonal ingredients elevated with more than 40 unique varieties of salt sourced from around the world. With its AAA Five Diamond award-winning service, Salt offers a rare blend of relaxed coastal elegance and refined culinary artistry.
This remarkable evening is priced at $150 per person (plus tax and gratuity, service fee, wine and drinks at dinner are not included in the fixed price). Seating is limited, ensuring an intimate atmosphere for conversation, exceptional cuisine, and the shared anticipation of a spectacular concert the following night.
