BECOME A VOLUNTEER

Amelia Island Chamber Music Festival is a volunteer-driven event with a professional staff consisting of only an Executive Director, Artistic Director, and Business Manager. Needless to say, the Festival simply would not exist without the skills, hard work and dedication of many volunteers. This is why we need your help.

Volunteer Opportunities

The Amelia Island Chamber Music Festival is a not-for-profit organization, staffed 98% by volunteers. If you have a desire to work with a community-spirited dedicated team of people, please let us know today.

Volunteer opportunities include (but are not limited to):

  • Airport pick-up and drop-off of artists
  • Driving artists to and from their lodging
  • Concert ushers and green room attendant
  • In-office administrative assistance
  • Social media and web site maintenance
  • Blast emailing (training provided)
  • Checking-in concert attendees, utilizing personal phone to scan tickets 
  • Assist production team with rehearsal & concert set up (some heavy lifting required)
  • Identify grants opportunities for Festival
  • Concert parking guides
  • Provide housing for musicians
